HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
To use the Shopping Cart, click the ADD TO CART button on items you wish to purchase.

On the CART page you can adjust items you wish to keep or remove before moving to the CHECKOUT page. You can go back to the PRODUCTS page at any time from the main menu at the top of the page.

On the CHECKOUT page either login or create a new account. Please check that your shipping details are correct.
Our payment option is via PayPal.
Note: All prices shown include shipping and are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
US and Australian prices are shown on the Products page in brackets to give you the value in those currencies.
Once your payment has been processed by PayPal you click back to Angies site and then download your products from your My Account page (at any time).

If your items do not appear on your My Account page or any other issues, please email me. contact me

Shipping:
If you have purchased items that require mailing such as A3 paper Patterns, will be sent by Air Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items requiring postage have the postage price included in the purchase price.

Mail Delivery Times:
Australia - 3 to 6 days
USA and Canada - 4 to 10 days
UK and Europe - 6 to 12 days
Rest of the World - 6 to 12 days

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of embroidery software, we cannot offer a refund once the embroidery design files have been sent.
  • If you have ordered the same collection more than once, this can be exchanged!
  • We offer technical support for all purchases made from our website.
  • If you have updated your embroidery machine recently and need the designs in a different format, please contact me to determine if the new format is available for your collection/s.
  • If available, the new file can be emailed to you at no charge.
